Home shopping is not a new phenomenon, Kays can trace its history back to 1794,
producing the first home shopping catalogue in the late 1890s.
Originally orders had to be sent by post enclosing the required cash.
Over time there was a shift in favour of the quicker telephone ordering system leading to the set up of

The increased acceptance of internet shopping has allowed home shopping to evolve
